Welcome to Vision TRAC
Dave Borchard

Welcome to a place where who you are and who you want to be really matter.

If you're looking for ways to boost your energy and enjoyment in work, lifestyle, and leadership you've come to the right place.

Have you ever noticed how you feel animated and empowered when your innate interests are fully engaged? Time seems to slip away when everything flows from your deepest interests.

You can't see innate interests but you know when you're in that special zone that engages them. You tap a powerful and sustaining energy source that gives you a sense of purpose and pleasure. Without that sense, it can be hard to sustain a high-level of energy and proficiency in day-to-day activities.

The problem is that finding and identifying your innate interests may not be so easy. That's why I developed the Pro Energy Profiler (PEP) as a resource for discovering your innate interests and the skills needed to apply them.

Over the years I have worked with thousands of clients as a licensed career counselor and a board-certified executive coach. That experience, along with my educational credentials in psychological assessment, made it apparent that something like the PEP could be helpful.

I designed the PEP to be a fun and profound process for identifying and guiding directions for work, lifestyle, and leadership. As such, it has become a key tool in personal and professional development programs and used by individuals, businesses, and government agencies.

The choices you make for work, lifestyle, and leadership are too important to let happen by luck or circumstance. We invite you to explore VisionTrac's options for vitalizing your life and work through the Pro Energy Profiler, personalized coaching, and other transition resources.
